Energy and Carbon program lead announcement
Former Interim Program Director and Energy and Carbon program lead Ben Spedding has stepped down from his role with the Intelligent Water Networks (IWN).
Ben was the co-lead of Energy and Carbon, alongside Steve Reddington – who remains with IWN.
“I have made the hard decision to step down as co-program lead for the Energy and Carbon program, effectively immediately,” said Ben.
“There are several factors that have bought me to my decision, mainly focusing on my ability to meet my desired work outcomes at South East Water. I would like to ensure I can focus my time on energy planning for SEW to keep us on track to meet our Pledge target.
“I will continue to be a great supporter of IWN and will continue to be involved in discussions and projects that arise.”
The Energy and Carbon program investigates projects designed to reduce emissions and energy costs.
