Champions Roadshows under way this month
Yarra Valley Water and Melbourne Water held the first of the current series of Champions Roadshows on Monday.
The Roadshows are a chance for the Champions to go into their corporation and present the Intelligent Water Networks’ (IWN) programs, projects and aims.
It gives water corporations an invaluable insight into IWN and allows them to have some direct contact with an IWN representative, something they previously may not have experienced. The Roadshows also allow each Champion a more visible presence and inform their colleagues about their first point of contact if they have questions about the IWN.
James Martin and Kevin Hellier reported back to YVW and MW about what the organisation is, where they fit within the existing framework of water organisations and gave an overview of the current programs.
Keep an ear out throughout your organisation for when the Roadshows are due to roll through town. There will be one at every IWN member corporation.
